A day full of meetings today, including one with these remarkable people. This was one of those exceptional meetings where you stand back and watch vision being realised, excitement growing and people thriving as they begin to glimpse their full potential. For much of the time my job is holding up a mirror for people to see things and themselves more clearly .... and what a great view it is! So thank you Amy & Tim, we have some great days ahead!
