Weather front.

After a short exploratory wander around Caw, in the Dunnerdale Fells, approaching weather and a late flash of sun challenged our expectations for the rest of the day.
We had had the best of a dry but cool day.
Overwhelmed by age and experience we descended via Broadslack Beck.
This tree and the view caught my eye.
With the fells to ourselves, the silence of the hills submitted to the tinkle of the Beck, amiable chatter and optimistic Meadow Pippets.
Bugger. I forgot to reinsert the SD card back in to the camera I had been lugging around all day.
