Boundary

This is the road, just beyond Haworth, to the Borough of Pendle in Lancashire.

This is known as Bronte country - very Yorkshire but so near to Lancashire!

Why was I here. I was supposed to be having lunch with ex colleagues in a pub nearby but when I arrived the car park was empty so I went to check it out to be greeted by notices on the door and windows saying: 'Sorry due to technical fault we are closed until Thursday.'!

I had no way of contacting my friends so I decided to go across the county boundary to, appropriately, Boundary Mills. It was very busy but a bit of shopping therapy is always good.
