Roasting

It's become something of a tradition to grab a photo at the Barn Roastery when I run up to grab coffee beans to take home. This year they were roasting when I was in so that made for an easy blip. I grabbed three bags of Cauca from Colombia for the espresso machine and a bag of Celso Minussi for the Aeropress at work.

I was drinking the Celso Minussi for most of the week and it was lovely. Not convinced my Aeropress skills will do it the same justice though.

It was a fairly smooth trip home, and it's been agreat week, but I'm a bit low this evening, partly the fact the trip is over but also for the reasons I mentioned yesterday.
