Minstrel Cat

I woke up very early this morning with a raging sore throat. I thought I was doing very well, avoiding all the bugs various family members, colleagues and customers have been struggling with, but the lurgy  got me in the end!

Consequently, the furthest I've been today is the post office. I will go to Tesco later too, but I'm not going to walk!

I phoned my Dad to let him know I won't be going today - he doesn't mind! I'd be welcome, but my germs are not! He is still stressing over the visit of the benefit/pension guy tomorrow. And I daresay he is worrying about nothing, but you can't tell him! Well, you can, but he doesn't listen!  

I have taken a few photos of Minstrel, hoping to get one to enter into the Facebook POTW. This is the best of the bunch so far! Not fantastic, but it shows off his eyes and whiskers!

He is a smaller than average cat, but seems to have enough fur and whiskers for a normal sized one on his diminutive frame!
