Slugging it Out

We have an infestation of slugs. I think the wet summer has been very good for them as we have so many and have just declared war.

Don't know what they are but no doubt someone will come up with an answer, but they have orange feet, for want of a better description, quite unlike the usual black variety we ususally see.
