Going Bananas

I used to love baking and making jams and chutneys.

For the last 3 years though I didn't have an oven. It's not a common feature of kitchens in Cambodia.

Today when I saw the over-ripe bananas sitting on the kitchen counter, I couldn't bear the idea of them ending up in the bin so I whipped up a banana bread loaf.
