Gymnastics Bar

Working in Edinburgh today with lots of very productive meetings at my no.1 consultants.

Spent late afternoon in the office catching up on mails before heading home just after feeding time at the zoo.

I wasn't hungry so L and I played hide & seek followed by Frustration.

L loves practicing on her new gymnastics bar. MrsT doesn't like it lol she's already nearly knocked herself out twice by walking into it.

In the evening I went to Body Balance followed by some cardio work in the gym.
