for the storm

been quiet on here...the iPad mini is great for viewing but rubbish for commenting and posting (especially lying down)

The physio doesn't want to see me again because I have been very good with my exercising

so I'm in that limbo
not ill
not well
just about coping

This was the view at 9:30 when I went to Costa
(the rain came 7 hours later and hasn't been too bad)

just getting ready for work (probably a short day)
