Caged

A good exercise class this morning pushing us just a little more each week.

Afterwards the daily dog walk. I have been meaning to photograph the doves for a few weeks now. They have been grounded since the the bird flu restrictions and I think they must be stir crazy. 

As I was taking some photographs a young couple stopped to speak to Roxy. They told me that they have just got a puppy that is full of energy and   needing to be tired out. They hadn't heard of Cani-fit classes but I told them to check it out and see if there were any classes near where they lived.  It might just be the solution to their problem.
