I've just had my 3rd call in less than a week purporting to come from Microsoft telling me my computer has been infected with a deadly virus that was 'SO bad for your computer, SO bad for your email'…..SOOOO (sic, or should that be sick?) today I managed to successfully waste just over 17 minutes of their time (y'know, without actually laughing out loud……though admittedly I did chuckle once early on, but luckily managed to disguise it as a coughing fit) before telling 'Jason' I use a Mac…..hooray, that's my best time yet ;-)
