Pear Clafoutis

We were so excited to find a recipe that uses pears! Our two Bartlett trees have gone crazy this year. Unfortunately, clafoutis uses two (2) pears, not 2 pounds or 2 boxes or 2 grocery bags full. Fortunately, it is soooo delicious, all custardy and yummy. And I'm going to make some decaf espresso for a balanced meal.
