Two Sides of the Bridge

Footie training for Ethan this morning, home for lunch, then we went to Oatridge College for their family open day. Trouble was by the time we got there, found it, figured out where on the campus to go, all the activities were fully booked (we hadn't realised all the activities had to be ore booked - assumed there would be lots of stuff to wander round and look at). So we left and tried to decide what to do instead.

Ethan turned his nose up at several of our suggestions but surprisingly seemed keen when we suggested walking over the Forth Road Bridge and back. He enjoyed looking at the love padlocks on the bridge and did well walking 3/4 of the way over. He then started to grumble that he was tired, so I piggy backed him for a bit. Once we cross seed to the other side he found a new lease of life and wanted to race me all the way back. I couldn't keep up with him and he ran nearly the whole length of he bridge, apart from stopping to wait for me a few times!
