Pam's farewell

T&M outdid themselves with a fantastic afternoon to wish Pam well on her way to Washington.

Loved the trump wall and the food was outstanding. The desert was salted caramel parfait, chilli-chocolate, truffles, a ginger, nougat, shortbread and lime crumb with a maraschino cherry and kirsch gel/sauce. That was after the chimichanga starter and a main of Lamb barboca, Mexican rice, salad, salsa and toasted tortilla flatbreads.

Proper posh food and great company with the piñata getting a good bashing along the way.
