Have a heart.

After a late start, I decided I was going to go to the gym. I thought I would ask my g/daughter if she wanted to come, and to my surprise she said yes. Des was there , and the three of us , went on the cross trainer. It was nice to have a distraction, and K said  afterwards, He can talk.! Now that is an understatement!  After we had dropped K back home, we had a coffee, and then J settled down to watch Wales v Italy in the Six Nations match. He tends to get quite   excited when we score, and at one stage, I nearly went deaf. Final score was 33-7, ogi ogi ogi!  I was glad that this Starling flew onto the fence, as there was no  other chance of going out to get a blip.
