It's A dog's Life

Yep, generally, dogs rule around here. But we didn't do so badly ourselves yesterday. Cleaned up the place, got a haircut, filled the wood bin, and walked in the rain to the movies. Fairly heavy rainfall, too, but we were geared up. During that post-cinema weird space where it takes awhile to get back to reality, I felt like Gene Kelly, walking home in the rain, stars on the sidewalk, just saw La La Land . . . tap, splash, tap, splash . . .
