Chinese fishing nets

We arrived in Kochi this afternoon; the heat hit us as soon as we left the plane.  I have been wanting to see the Chinese fishing nets for ages, and we took advantage of the hotel's 'Sunset Cruise' to view them from the sea.   They were introduced by the Chinese many centuries ago and are largely unchanged.  The weight of the nets is counterbalanced by several large rocks attached by ropes.
