Bad Run

I went for a run today - my first for a while. I was wanting to work out whether I had any chance of being fit for the Loch Ness marathon at the end of September, having failed miserably to keep my training going through the summer months.

Given that I fell apart around twelve miles, and walked about three of the remaining miles to get back home, I must reluctantly conclude that the answer is "no".
