The Green Meal

Asparagus soup followed by broccoli mac'n'cheese. And panettone bread pudding. Okay so the last bit wasn't green I admit. But it was more green than anything. Modelled by Mr Bear; he and Mrs Bear came over for mutual support and food.

So today I had an early start but went back to bed after shopping and breakfast and woke up at silly late in the morning. Then we did shopping and I finally got my drugs from those silly buggers at Boots who are so good at losing your medicine / prescription / records etc ... Met two lots of people locally who were enquiring after Dylan and were relieved to know he was still with us .... Also met the lovely Jasmine who was fund raising on behalf of medicines sans frontiers ... oh and the bloke at the breadstall gave me a free calzone 'cos I am a regular and he likes me. 

So a good day all in all. What more can you ask for?
