Exercise!

I hate having to keep our free range girls confined until the end of February.

We let them out for a little while this afternoon so that we could give their coop a good clean.
They were very happy to be out, even for a short spell.

Frustrating thing is that there are many local poultry keepers not even attempting to keep their hens in, so what is the point?
