Beauty is all around us.

St. Charles Church, Rishton.

Our weather has been pleasant and mild.
Paul and me went to Blackburn and then after lunch, we did our shopping.
The rest of the afternoon, we cleared out cupboards in the kitchen and made space for the things that are more current.
It is amazing how products get forgotten until the due date is several years past.
It always feels like a big achievement to have the shelves up to date, but I find it hard to throw things away. The wild birds will benefit from the seeds and walnuts and linseeds we found that were a few months out of date.
Mass this evening at this lovely church where there is the uncertain future as to where it will stay open, or the parish members encouraged to attend Mass at another nearby church. We wait and hope for what God reveals to us.
Food for thought from Louise Hay, My day begins with gratitude and joy."

She is 90 years old now, and a great inspiration to many people seeking and then enjoying their spiritual path.
