Tulips from....

.....Chiang Mai. 

After doing some necessary shopping this morning, we headed back to the Flower Festival this afternoon.    This morning there was a parade which started at 8.30am, then this afternoon the floats were on display down the middle of the road.  It is amazing what you can do with some polystyrene, rice and a few flowers, see my extra.  After looking at the floats we went into the park where there were more incredible flower displays.  I  just loved these beautiful tulips, the colours were amazing.  There were also lilles, snap dragons and many other beautiful flowers.
