Deserving

The woman who has toiled all day on house stuff deserves a beer and a bbq steak and veges. Yum. It certainly smells good.

I'm definitely making progress with the house. With the long weekend I'll get it sorted to where I want it.

This time tomorrow I'll have my god daughter staying.

This time next week I'll be at a wedding and I'll be wearing a dress :-) A far cry from the grubby paint splattered shorts and t-shirt I'm wearing.

Before today finishes I must remember to stretch. During this morning's run I only felt one wee calf twinge so I can increase my time and mileage again. Got to keep the exercises and stretching going though or I'll have a cranky calf.
