Stopped for Light

Following a gray, rainy day, I guess I can call this traffic light stop an emergency blip, but even so, I am sometimes fascinated by the many lights on what is  a 3 lane thoroughfare in North Myrtle Beach.  We visited another facility today as my mother-in-law will soon need to change locations since she is exhausting her money, and her current place does not accept or allow Medicaid, the government assisted care fund.  With the cost of care being several $1,000 per month (and unfortunately that is common and even higher in places that accept Medicaid), it does not take too many years to exhaust all resources  including house sale, car sale and money saved.
