Old things

Me mainly. But thanks to being given a free subscription to an online yoga site I am now finally uncreaked from the day in a car on Wednesday.

To fit in with the theme of the week today has felt like a week rammed into a day. Very early dog walk, though with the company of a neighbour so all very jolly. Lots of good stuff for the boy including a weights session. I actually did some work. And had a fun meeting with a friend who is developing a career development app.

Slightly random picture but apart from blurry ones of the kids play fighting this evening this is all I've taken today. It's a vintage bookshop and allegedly the oldest shop in Chiswick.
