Camera Shy Canada Goose

Yet more waterfowl today.

A short walk to pick up a prescription this morning took me past duck pond again.

Today's slightly shy subject was the photo I liked the most. I'd normally be trying to get a more "action" shot, or at least a photo of the subject looking my way, but this is a very typical pose and makes a change. Plus the light on the water creates a nice bright background that I like.

A good day today. I am feeling much better. Trouble is I'm getting to like having the opportunity to be out and about during the day!
