Working in Edinburgh today at Napier University. Spent most of the afternoon in a nearby Starbucks dealing with urgent Friday afternoon deadlines.

Managed back home late pm and made dinner for MrsT & L before going out for another 5km walk round Murieston.

MrsT was the scheduled helper at L's Rainbow group.
