Very misty ...

... in more ways than one.  It rained all day and it was also a day of tears and laughter as we said farewell to our close friend Pat. Rest in Peace our friend, we are going to miss you.  Very little time  to blip today but just before dark we drove up close to the Te Apiti wind farm.  Very few of the turbines were working.  It seems that they are designed to automatically shut down in high winds, not sure if that was the reason but it was very windy up there.
