Chasing Butterflies
The day held dry and I worked for a few hours in the garden, it feels like an end of the season garden rather than summer, it's quite battered by recent gales and heavy rain, the weeds are prolific. I enjoyed being distracted by butterflies, lots of them on the garlic chives and verbena bonsaris, mainly tortoiseshells. I realised that blipping butterflies is quite challenging as they flutter away when you get close, fun though!
