LOOK WHO'S HOME

Oh my goodness thought we'd never get home....but I'm so happy he's home. He is also relieved.
Got a call to say he would be "released" at 5 but the x ray was done too late, his last dialysis was running late, the medication wasn't ordered, his discharge letter wasn't written. At 8 o'clock they said he was ready but then released he still had a cannula in and a line in a major blood vessel which meant he had to lie flat for an hour!!!
Made it home after 9:30....but he's home and that's all that matters.
