St. George and the dragon

Once again there was a beautiful evening light as I passed through Windsor on my way home. The wind vane on the cupola of St.George's School, appropriately enough, a depiction of St. George slaying the dragon, was glinting in the evening sun.

I'm not sure of the vintage of this wind vane. It is a Georgian building, but I suspect it is rather more modern than that.
