OB Bird Eggs
The OB birds have been laying their eggs in my ice plant over the years. It takes a long time for them to hatch, but we are still watching and waiting. Today is the first day the plant bloomed. Spring is in the air.
(for you non-golfers: OB stands for out of bounds. Our backyard backs up to the front entry road and is in line with a par 3 hole. One bad swing, a bounce on the road and in the yard it goes. Surprisingly, we haven't gotten very many balls over the years.)
My brother and sister are coming over for dinner and games, so I should get to cooking.
I am grateful for the signs of spring on it's way.
