Almost Always

My office door is almost always open.
I was about to leave for lunch, had the door already closed and was standing outside talking to a colleague when it happened (not for the first time): One of my older colleagues ran right into the closed door. Big bang!

Oops! Two greasy spots on the door...but colleague ok.....

When I came back after lunch I found this birdie on the door.........
