It's looking very much like…...

……bargain basement mushrooms for tea tonight then…..bought for mere pennies and not a thing wrong with them except a fast-approaching 'sell-by' date…..oh I DO love a bargain because all the more money to spend on wine ;-) Currently it's a toss-up between Mushroom Stroganoff, a noodle stir-fry affair or maybe a mushroom and chickpea curry……hmmmmm, decisions decisions……..

Waiting in for a delivery of luxury edibles from Italy (just to prove I'm not ALWAYS a cheapskate!), but given the weather outside I'm more than comfortable with that!
