'Slices'

Rushed off out this afternoon to get a quick glimpse of the forecast sunshine, but blink and you'd miss it -

Except, I did not blink but still seemed to miss it.

The last bus back meant I only had half an hour on top of the hill, not long enough and it very soon became dull dull dull again.

I have not upped the verdant greens here, though I did reduce the heavy cold blue cast that blighted the very top of the image. David's old lens meant I was able to zoom right in, though this is only at 250mm. 

BTW, I am not a full member right now and so can only award one Favourite per day, so if you feel I am being stingey, that is the reason.
