Hope

Ok I know I'm getting boring now... I didn't feel quite 100% yesterday and I was worried having spent time with a close friend on Monday who has a very low immune system. It rained during the night and I decided to change route to try to get Betsy less wet. So that didn't work but this view as I walked Betsy along Aberlady bay was meant to be. I have friends fighting such absolute shit but the sun rises and we'll be there for them. I felt blessed to see this sunrise today.
