Jazz hands!

one of our trainees is a bit of a dance expert and she organised for us to have a 'swing' lesson prior to starting work this morning. Great fun although at one stage I had to take the excuse of stopping to take some photos as my knees aren't quite up to all that jumping around!  It was a great lesson and as you can see from the photo everyone was relaxed and happy at the end of it and ready for whatever the day throws at them :o)
