Umzug - Relocation

Yesterday, MrB mentioned he wanted to move out the two trailers he has in the barn we share. As I had blocked the entrance with my very long trailer of lumber from the saw mill. So agreed to meet early while the ground was frozen so that we could manoeuvre the three trailers without churning up the ground too much.

The Blip shows on the left, MrB's Eicher vineyard ("Narrow.Guage") tractor with a car trailer loaded with a small two bladed plough. On the right my John Deere with his hunters hide mounted on a one time grass/forage trailer. A hunting colleague of his has a wild boar problem and would like to borrow it.

Due to the set up of the hitch and drawbar wheel, MrB's tractor couldn't attach the hunting trailer, so I took the opportunity to take a few kilometre cabriolet trip.

We don't have the equivalent of the Daily Express to give us factual weather forecast headlines but I had heard one of the dodgy Bavarian radio forecasts that snow was due this evening. Fat chance - as the global warming experts tell us.
