Estrogen Morning

The full day of the annual women's retreat I attend is always a thrill and an enormous task to survive. The workshops stirs all sorts of emotional crap, and there is so much to learn! While I have a fair amount of resilience to being judged, there is a difference between not taking it to heart, and simply not being judged. For these 3 days each January, we all take each other just as we are, with tears, cursing, and the glory of complex wholes.
