Headache all day - lots of hormones and high emotions this weekend, but after neck exercises and 2 sunny walks with the dog It's gone :0)
Lots of twoing and froing to the butcher today to get paperwork verified & signed - he's a commissioner of the peace ( it's an Irish thing). Resulting in an unwritten obligation to buy something - so 2 divine and enormous steaks were devoured for dinner . 8 euros worth !!!
20 days of being vegan followed by beef stew and then steak ! It was all great .
