Navel Station Everett

I went down to the bay to see if I could snag a few pics and saw that the Navy boats were in (ships) and the mountains were out!  Yeah, I know, they are ships not boats.  Any ways...  I thought this one turned out pretty nice. 

We have 5 ships stationed here now.   The USS Gridley a DDG - 101   509 feet in length. It was launched in 2005.   The USS  Kidd DDG 100  and the USS Sampson DDG- 102    The USS Shoup a DDG- 86 and the USS Momsen a DDG -92.   They are Arliegh- Burke class destroyers.  

I haven't figured out which one is which at this point.  It was a lot easier when the Abraham Lincoln was here as he was Big ( a destroyer) and you could tell which one he was!    

Joe was so excited about his truck and he is still flying high!  we have a road trip planned and a few camping trips so we should get it Broke in quite nicely!    thanks for all the great comments and stars!
