LambChop

Between Whitechapel and Aldgate there are loads of Indian sub-continent style restaurants. Dave and I go to one after a lecture at the Royal Geog Soc. Tonight our brains hurt after a very academic and detailed lecture about the archaeology of the shifting Nile in Sudan. So off we went for a beer and much needed curry. Tonight we decided to try Tayabbs which is a fierce competitor of the Lahore Curry House. I can report that we decided we prefer the latter - its more rough and ready and  the food is spiced better. I.e. Tayabb is too spicy for me - but then you might like it like that. 

Great to try out the two so I can now deliver a lecture on it at the RGS, if they wanted an explanation.
