Vegan Cake

A little gift from my friend, I. She is coeliac and is also doing vegan January, and this cake appeared as one of her creations from last weekend. When we talked about it at the gym last Sunday, she said she would bake one and bring it to gym for us! And sure enough, she did! Proceeded by a a little text earlier to request that we bring tupperware to transport it home in ;-)

It didn't disappoint ;-) I took it to mum's so that I wouldn't eat much of it myself.... Another day of rain, apparently it's set for 10 days.....

Monday is always my quiet night in after the weekend. I ended up dog-sitting for Little B, and clock watching as by 10:15pm, I wanted to go home!
