Steep Learning Curve!

This afternoon, I spent time talking to 2 'tecnicos'.....from 2 different companies.....one from Alicante, and another from La Nucia........who arrived, at our home, within 15 minutes of each other.
Essentially, our hot water heater, after 11-12 years in use....was no longer producing enough hot water for our morning showers.....ouch!..in winter!!......so we needed it to be repaired, or replaced.
We've decided to replace the gas heater.....and as we're happy with the current type of heater, we'll buy another, from the same manufacturer.....
All achieved in my 'very best Spanish'.....phew!
