Leaving Singapore (I think)

My dad was on board (as the Ship's Dr). I believe this was circa 1961 leaving Singapore just after Able Seamen Quigley got a bit over enthusiastic about leaning over the bow to see if the anchor had broken the surface and fell in!! 11500 tons of HMS Belfast not under way and adrift in the harbour!!! Quigley apparently spent some time in the brig having been checked over by the Doc first!!!

10 years later she took up her place in the Pool of London where she remains today.
