Huffnpuff

Getting up for work was some effort this morning! Always the way after a few days off. Went for another good run with S, went a reasonable distance and took a good chunk of time off my pace, plus I enjoyed the chat! Bought these marshmallows from the farm shop yesterday which were a nice post run treat.
