Leaker

This is the waste plug on our kitchen sink.
Only been in two years and it leaks a bowl of water away in a couple of minutes.
A very nice lady at the manufacturers sent us two new waste systems, unfortunately they are nothing like the existing ones.
Seems the design has been "improved" so maybe the new ones don't leak.
Trouble is the remedy will require a total replumbing of the wastes and will end up with a sticky up bit in the middle that will get in the way of anything in the bowl.

There could be trouble ahead.........
