Mini cocotte

My turn to cook something small this evening and the choice landed on a mini cocotte recipe called 'la very frenchy'. Simple and delicious. Leek wrapped in ham (with some mustard) and the gaps inbetween filled with cheese. We didn'd have enough leek at home, so I had to use some potatoe pieces to fill the gaps. Then covered with the lid and ready for the oven.
