Rum making

A couple of blips from the Caribbean at a rum making plant. A bit primitive and smelly but delicious. Not sure why but the rum seemed better as the 3rd and 4th glass were sampled. The equipment was quite fascinating. Wet horrible miserable day here today. Back into Speke Hall tomorrow to start to prepare for the new season.
