Went back to the cactus garden to check it out - huge plants, wish I could show you but picassa won't work. There was a barn owl that posed for me (see extra).  Then through tiny villages that look like they have existed in the same way for centuries, except for plastic use and motorbikes!  A woman was spreading holy cow dung and mud on her terrace - it is smoothed and smoothed and dries like concrete. We saw lots of migrating gypsy families with camels carrying their charpoy beds,  bedding, pots and pans etc. and were full of admiration for one gypsy shepherd who strode ahead of his flock of sheep and goats on a dual carriageway and then at the town junction turned them across the oncoming traffic and strode on with all following. Then to a huge dammed lake and then into Ujjain - the Varanasi of Madhya Pradesh State.  Lots of temples and ghats and surprisingly clean.  Sleeping in a less than wonderful hotel tonight but finally got access to wifi at 10 pm.  Blessings for lovely comments and stars - sorry I can't reciprocate today
